| In principle, the deadline for participating in the event will be until the day before the session or until the number of participants is reached. Please note that depending on the event, we may decide to participate in the lottery beforehand. |

| Fee | Event participation fee and conference material fee （hereinafter referred to as "participation fee"） displayed on this website is an amount not including the consumption tax equivalent. |

I will ship the invoice after registration is completed. For the participation fee, please transfer the amount to the designated account by the day of holding the event （in the case of the seminar held at multiple schedules, the first holding date）. Please also bear the transfer fee by the customer. Furthermore, we can not accept cash payment at the event venue on the day. |

| Cancel Repayment |
Cancellation and refunds are subject to cancellation and refund policy for each event. |
| Refunds |
If the minimum number of hosts is not reached, if the lecturer can not give a lecture due to accidents, strikes, riots, natural disasters, diseases,
etc. of public transportation, it is inevitable that we will be forced to suspend if it is difficult to hold .
In that case, we will refund the full amount of the participation fee you paid to the customer's designated account.
However, if you hold an event with the same content at an alternate schedule, you can participate in the same event according to your choice.
